There is at least one movie where you can say “I love that dress,” well I am counting down and writing about my top 10 dresses, that I personally believe made an impact on fashion.
10. Marie Antoinette – Coronation Dress
We all know how lavish Marie Antoinette lived a lavish life; so it is no surprise when making a movie about her that everything must be over the top, and this includes her coronation dress. The detail and extravagance of this dress is why I place it in my top ten.

9. Wizard of Oz – Dorothy’s Blue Dress
Everyone knows it! It is a must, which always needs a pair of red glittery shoes to go with. The cute dress has lasted the test of time and will always be remembered.

8. Ever After – White Angel Dress
The dress is so beautiful that the once used as a wedding dress was now used as a dress for an Angel. Though in the movie lots of fighting and even stealing of the dress occurred, it finally ended up on the rightful person Danielle De Barbarac, also known as Cinderella.

7. She’s The Man – Versace White Dress
The dress was worn by Viola (Amanda Bynes) during a lunch in. Viola was dresses much different than any other person at the lunch, but still managed to look extremely stylish and ladylike, rather than her usual soccer gear.

6. Titanic – Burgundy Dress “Jump Dress”
The biggest grossing movie of all time, there must be good costumes. Besides being an extraordinary dress, it was made famous because of Rose almost jumping off the ship in it. So I had to put this on because of my love for Titanic and it being pretty famous.
5. Beauty and The Beast – Yellow Ball Dress
I don’t thing there is one girl out there who saw Beauty and the Beast that didn’t want that dress. It is the perfect princess dress. I know I even had it for my Halloween costume one year, so why wouldn’t I put it up as one of my favorite dresses.

4. Atonement – Green Dress
It was the officially voted the number one costume in a movie ever. Well I didn’t think it was number one, but it did make my list at number four, because the dress is pretty marvelous, and I won’t lie I would kill for to have it.

3. Anastasia – Blue Opera Dress
I don’t believe this one is on very many list, but I think it should be. I love and I wish it had this dress! Yes, it is a cartoon, but it is such an amazing dress and not to mention a really good movie.

2. Breakfast at Tiffany’s – Givenchy Black Dress
I could never have a list and not include Audrey Hepburn’s dress. It was iconic and changed the face of fashion. Along with diamonds and a long cigarette, you have the complete look of the star.
1. Seven Year Itch – White Dress
I don’t think there has been one person who does not know what this dress is. Marilyn Monroe made it famous and of course we all know the pose that goes along with it. It is know wonder that I made this famous dress number one on my list.
